I saw this on the news and it offends me on so many levels I can't even begin to tell you. This man should be ashamed of himself. He's on some petty power trip because he's an Administrative Law Judge for the District of Columbia and he wants everyone to know that he can concoct this frivalous law suit due to his expertise over obscure parts of the law. Yes, we're all very impressed. But Pearson seems to forget that judges are not only supposed to know the law, they are supposed to have good judgement, too! Also, it's a sin that these poor people are probably shelling out thousands in legal fees over this. It could very likely ruin their business. I hope Pearson is pleased with himself.
Midwestern boy now living in Seattle. Classically trained musician, fell face-first into the accounting world. Living with my partner of thirteen years and a plethora of friendly animals.

Matt, you can be so unreasonable sometimes. What? You think that's too much for an article of clothing?
