Monday's dinner ... roasted chicken with lemon, garlic and celery.
There aren't as many steps to this one, so only a couple of pictures.
I washed Mr. Chicken and put garlic cloves, diced fresh lemon, onion, carrots and celery inside him (he was hungry). Oh, and salt/fresh ground pepper/dried thyme on his skin.
An hour later - I heart convection ovens.

Oh yeah ... did I mention I need to take vitamin B12 supplements now?
