I'm sad she's gone. I was just watching the Golden Girls the other day and thinking of how great she is.
Love her!! Sad she's gone, but I can only hope to live such a full life...

In all seriousness, I think that many of the scenes over the years from this series touched all of us in many ways. They dealt with such great issues.
She was one of the reasons I watched the show. She just knew how to let fly with the funny lines.
One of the most beloved TV curmudgeouns of all time. She had brass ones alright, delighting us by saying things we'd scarcely let ourselves think. Goodnight Estelle.
As much as I love Bea, Betty and Rue, Estelle was the best thing about that show.
