The thing I can't get over is: he's got one night in Bangkok and he's spending it playing chess. And that's not a euphemism. Seriously, what's WRONG with him??
I started to watch this on PBS a few nights ago and enjoyed some of it but really was just waiting for the One Night in Bangkok. It let me down a little. How did you enjoy it?

Wouldn't it be nice if I'd climb out from under the rock once in a while -- just so that I'd know about Chess and other things I know nothing about!

I was in a production of Chess in Peoria. As a dancer and part of chorus.
